Mediation Works Biography
Mediation Works is an eclectic mix of students with a passion for alternative dispute resolution (ADR). We are Ariunsanaa (Mongolian), Cécile (French) and Xiaolu (Chinese), our desire for challenge and discovery has brought us together. We believe in mediation as an effective means of minimising the emotional and financial costs of disputes, and of resolving conflict.
ADR professionals who are business oriented, with good communications skills and negotiation skills can help to make International trade more efficient. Whereas cross border trade brings people closer together, cultural differences affect the ways that disputes are formed and resolved. Mediation Works blends a unique mix of mentality and skill sets from Asia and Europe. Each team member can communicate fluently in at least three languages including Danish, English, French, Mandarin, Mongolian and Spanish.
